The “We Train to Buy” initiative is our comprehensive and highly specialized training program designed for farmers, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Simply put, we train interested parties how to grow Hemp for Textiles, the parties grow to our specification, and we buy and pay the parties based on the quality of crop supplied as an accredited and trained farmer who we will be buying/Offtaking from.
It provides a step-by-step learning experience starting from hemp cultivation, processing to the stages of textile manufacturing.
TRAINING COURSE DETAILS
- Course Duration: 1 Full Day Live Demo: Hands-on activities during a physical classroom & farm visit showcasing Hemp cultivation, Harvesting, Retting, and basic Primary processing methods from 09:00am to 14:00pm.
- Course Outcome: GRHI certificate of Completion + Workbook/information pack + GRHI Off take agreement + Light snacks & refreshments included
